Damrak Gin is an interesting gin that has become a favorite. The Lucas Bols recipe dates back to Amsterdam in the 1700's and is said to be the oldest known gin recipe. Despite it's antiquity it is not what we would think of as a Dutch gin, one such as a Genever, but is more of a cross between that and a London dry. It is a spectacular gin for a variety of drinks and is exceptionally smooth and robust, due to its 17 botanicals.
