A complex blend of hand-selected straight rye whiskies from Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Alberta aged 4-18yrs, with a 9 year old heart.
Skillfully blended and allowed to marry in vats until arriving at the optimal level of harmonization. The art and process of vatting creates an intensely flavorful and full bodied rye whiskey that is greater than the sum of its parts, standing apart from many of the one dimensional ryes on the market.
Maple, Toffee, Mace, Clove, Tobacco, Dried Fruit, and Rye Spice.
Ideal for sipping straight, or as a rich ingredient for classic rye-based cocktails.
